I was concerned about buying this at first, because the sizing seemed funny, but i took guess and ordered. it fit perfectly in the body, with the exception of the neck area. to keep the neck of the "bottle" held up, there is a strap that you wrap like a choker around your neck, and there is velcro to keep it fastened. I have a short torso, so this part was too long on me, i had to roll the neck part over the strap for it to fit, but once I did that it was fine. The hat is attached to a plastic headband with teeth, to keep it attached to the hair. AFter a night of partying it had stayed put all night.
I think, explains the few grievance regards Std Women (4-8) Top Shelf Rum Costume not fitting or leaking.
